1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to EPWin Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and EPWin Game ("we", "us", "our", "epwin game", "the platform"). They govern all access to and use of the epwin game website, its mobile browser interface, all games available on the platform, the VIP Club programme, all bonus and promotional offers, and all related services.

2 Eligibility

- You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order on epwin game or any other gaming platform, and you have not been excluded from gaming by any relevant authority.
- You have not previously had an epwin game account that was closed, suspended or terminated by us for breach of these Terms.
EPWin Game reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one account on epwin game. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, mobile numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
When registering on epwin game, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. EPWin Game will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any communication channel. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility — if you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.
EPWin Game will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
EPWin Game may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Verification may include providing a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended.

4 Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
EPWin Game accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by epwin game on deposits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on epwin game is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for most accounts, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. If your payment method has a lower maximum transaction value, you may make multiple deposits to reach your desired balance.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited to your epwin game balance within seconds of payment confirmation. IBFT transfers and bank card transactions may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear within one hour, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Prohibited Deposits
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. You may not deposit funds obtained through criminal activity, and you may not use epwin game as a means to transfer funds between payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse deposits where we have reason to believe they are made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times
Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. EPWin Game processes the majority of withdrawal requests within two hours of approval. VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority processing with most withdrawals completed within one hour.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks before processing.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. EPWin Game reserves the right to request verification documents at any point and to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of this process. Funds associated with unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the relevant requirements have been met.
Note on Bonus Balances: If your account holds both a real money balance and a bonus balance, withdrawals will be processed from your real money balance first. Bonus funds only become withdrawable after the associated wagering requirements have been fully completed.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New players on epwin game are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first deposit. The specific bonus amount, percentage match and any associated free spins are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying first deposit and are available to one account per household, device and IP address.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds on epwin game are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
- EPWin Game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to your account.
- If we determine that a player has exploited bonus offers in bad faith — including through multi-accounting, collusion or irregular betting patterns — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active, the new deposit funds will be separate from the bonus until the bonus conditions are resolved.
- Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
7 VIP Club Programme
EPWin Game operates a five-tier VIP Club for loyal players — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite Diamond. Membership is determined by cumulative wagering activity on the platform. VIP benefits include weekly cashback (with no wagering requirements on cashback), increased withdrawal speeds, dedicated account managers at Platinum level and above, and personalised monthly bonuses.
VIP status is reviewed monthly. Maintaining a tier requires meeting the minimum wagering threshold for that tier during each calendar month. Falling below the threshold may result in tier downgrade. EPWin Game reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, thresholds and the structure of the programme at any time with reasonable notice.
VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the relevant period and credited as real money with no wagering requirements attached. VIP bonuses and personalised offers issued by account managers are subject to the general bonus rules in Section 6 unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the account manager.

8 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases apply after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum daily session duration. You will be automatically logged out when your limit is reached.

- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion can be set for 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be sent any marketing communications.

9 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the epwin game platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes. EPWin Game does not manipulate game outcomes, and no employee or affiliate of epwin game has the ability to influence individual game results.
Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface before you begin playing. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood that game's rules. Disputes about game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the server-side game records, which are the authoritative record in all cases.
The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with games or the platform.
- Exploiting any technical malfunction, bug or error in game software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Any form of cheating, fraud or dishonest conduct.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
EPWin Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where we reasonably believe that:
- The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
- The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- False or misleading information was provided at registration.
- Multiple accounts have been created by the same individual.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account holder is accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including winnings — may be forfeited at our discretion. Where closure is made at your request for responsible gaming reasons, your real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@epwingame.com. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive real money balance will have that balance returned within five business days.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the epwin game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, promotional materials, text, software and databases — is the intellectual property of EPWin Game or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the epwin game platform without our prior written permission. The EPWin Game name, logo and brand identity may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
12 Limitation of Liability
EPWin Game provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, epwin game's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses including loss of profits or loss of data.
Online gaming involves financial risk. You are solely responsible for all bets placed on your account and all financial decisions you make on the platform. EPWin Game is not responsible for your gambling decisions or their financial consequences.
13 Privacy & Data Protection
EPWin Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on epwin game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We collect the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and personalise your gaming experience. 14 Amendments to These Terms
