EPWin Game does not charge any fee for deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your gaming balance. Withdrawals

Log in to your EPWin Game account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used for deposits where possible. Your KYC identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is released.

Standard withdrawals are processed within two hours of approval. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing, with most withdrawals completed within 60 minutes. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals arrive in your wallet within minutes once processed. IBFT bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 hours for your bank to credit the funds after EPWin Game releases the payment.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Standard withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Regular accounts can withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per transaction and Rs 200,000 per day. VIP players at Diamond and Elite Diamond tiers have significantly higher withdrawal limits — contact support or check your account settings for your personal limits.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: KYC verification not yet complete; bonus wagering requirements not yet met; withdrawal amount exceeds your current daily limit; a security review has been flagged on the account. Check your account notifications for any messages from EPWin Game about your withdrawal. If nothing is flagged and it's been more than four hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while they are in "Pending" status, before EPWin Game processes them. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Approved" status, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a pending withdrawal, go to your Transaction History, find the withdrawal and select Cancel. The funds will return to your gaming balance immediately. We encourage players to be certain before submitting a withdrawal, as our fast processing means the window to cancel can be short.

EPWin Game does not charge fees on withdrawals. You receive 100% of the amount you withdraw. As with deposits, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside EPWin Game's control. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals below certain thresholds, your wallet provider may deduct a small processing fee on receipt.

Early days in a streak provide free spin allocations; by day 7 the reward is a PKR bonus credited to your real-money balance. Missing a day resets your streak to zero.
